Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop solutions to support their goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets from various sources
- Develop and maintain databases for easy access to information
- Use statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends in data
- Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments in data analytics tools and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java is a plus

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
