Job Title: Web Designer

We are searching for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Lisbon. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing website designs
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and web accessibility standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
