Job Title: Commercial Architect

We are hiring a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your duties will include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, creating detailed plans and blueprints, obtaining necessary permits, and managing the construction process.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and several years of experience in commercial building design. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for this role. You must also have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in architectural design software.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this role. Additionally, candidates must have a valid biometric passport from any nationality.
