Moderator for Online Community in Greenland


We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our online community in Greenland. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be comfortable working and living in Greenland. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our members.

Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring discussions, posts, comments, and other user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Managing user accounts and maintaining accurate records of actions taken
- Collaborating with the community management team to develop strategies for increasing engagement
- Identifying and addressing potential issues or conflicts within the community

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Moderator or similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greenlandic or Danish is a plus
