Electrician - Contract Position in Al Buraymi, Oman


We are seeking experienced electricians to join our team for a contract position in Al Buraymi, Oman. As an electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience in the field and are looking to gain international work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment according to local codes and safety regulations
- Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout of electrical wiring
- Test electrical systems using devices such as voltmeters and oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety of system components
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in electrical systems and equipment
- Repair or replace defective wiring, switches, outlets, or other components
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within specified timeframes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician
- Valid biometric passport from India or Nepal (preference given to Indian or Nepali nationals)
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Experience using testing equipment such as voltmeters and oscilloscopes
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
