Executive Chef - Pakistani Cuisine (Part-Time, with Accommodation and Visa)



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Executive Chef, specializing in Pakistani cuisine, to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and creating unique and authentic Pakistani dishes for our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a menu of traditional and modern Pakistani dishes that meet our standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and ensure consistency in food preparation
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments to menu as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions featuring Pakistani cuisine
- Stay updated on current food trends in the Pakistani culinary world

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, preferably with experience in preparing Pakistani cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Pakistani spices, flavors, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in recipe creation and plating presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution
- Familiarity with local food suppliers for sourcing high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Ability to speak English fluently (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
