Customer Service Cashier (El-Ain, Egypt)


We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Cashier to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions while providing exceptional service. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no English language proficiency required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic (English language proficiency is not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
