Industrial Architect


A reputable architecture firm in Acre is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in industrial design and construction, as well as experience working on large-scale projects. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing plans for industrial buildings, ranging from factories and warehouses to power plants and oil refineries. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, efficient, and visually appealing spaces. This position requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, as well as excellent communication abilities to collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings based on client requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and comply with building codes
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Collaborate with clients to incorporate their feedback into designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in industrial design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

This job is located in Acre, Israel.

Nationality:
Preference will be given to Pakistani candidates.
