Florist and Floral Designer

As a Florist and Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and use your creativity and knowledge of flowers to design unique and stunning arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create designs that meet the client's budget, theme, and vision
- Source high-quality flowers from local suppliers
- Prepare materials such as vases, ribbons, and other decorative elements
- Arrange flowers in a variety of styles such as bouquets, centerpieces, and wreaths
- Ensure that all arrangements are visually appealing and of high quality
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer (at least 2 years)
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Creativity and passion for floral design
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when necessary

Salary:
$1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Ufa, Russia (accommodation provided)
