Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with various departments to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Identify and manage project risks
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budget and resources
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address any issues or concerns, and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Trello
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
