A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced and skilled Mason to join our team in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining structures made of bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other materials. This position requires a strong understanding of masonry techniques and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Lay and align bricks, blocks, or stones according to blueprints or specifications
- Mix mortar or grout using cement, sand, water, and lime
- Cut materials to required size using hand or power tools
- Repair cracks or defects in existing structures
- Operate machinery such as forklifts or scaffolding as needed
- Ensure safety standards are met on job sites at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mason
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Strong knowledge of different masonry techniques and materials
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
