Teamlead for Indian Students in Vilnius



We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Teamlead for Indian Students in Vilnius. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Indian students in Vilnius, ensuring their success and providing them with support and guidance.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Indian students, ensuring they are meeting their goals and delivering results
- Providing mentorship and guidance to the team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Managing the team’s workload, delegating tasks appropriately, and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to the team members
- Identifying training needs for the team members and organizing relevant training sessions
- Handling any issues or conflicts within the team in a professional manner
- Staying updated on industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of any additional languages is a plus)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.

As this is a position focused on Indian students, preference will be given to candidates from India. However, candidates from other nationalities are also welcome to apply.
