Commercial Architect - Sheduva

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. Your main focus will be on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that align with their vision and budget
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being followed accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: 1100$ per month
