We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Utena, providing top-notch architectural design solutions for commercial buildings. As an Indian national, you will bring your exceptional creative and technical skills to develop innovative designs that meet the client's requirements and budget.

Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, creating detailed drawings and blueprints, coordinating with construction teams and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You should possess strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in commercial architectural design, excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and a deep understanding of building materials and construction techniques. A degree in Architecture or related field is required.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, suitable for men who are looking for challenging opportunities to showcase their talents.
