Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for evaluating and measuring land to determine boundaries and create accurate maps. You will utilize various tools and equipment, such as GPS systems, to collect data and produce reports for clients. This position requires knowledge of surveying techniques and familiarity with relevant software programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess land areas to determine property boundaries
- Use surveying tools, including GPS systems, to collect data
- Create detailed maps and reports for clients
- Analyze data and make recommendations based on findings
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools and software programs
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.
Location:
This role is located in Washington, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the requirements.

English proficiency is not required for this position.
