Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and managing a team of architects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Oversee the development of architectural plans, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Review and approve project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders.

Salary: $1200 per month (part-time position)

Location: Atlanta (remote work is possible)
