Concierge/ Guest Services Associate


We are a luxury hotel located in Akron, seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Concierge/ Guest Services Associate to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting them with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests for dining, transportation, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies to effectively assist guests
- Handle cash transactions for services provided by the hotel

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic or another foreign language is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local area attractions and restaurants
