Concierge Assistant - Filipino Preferred


We are seeking a reliable and friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team in Akron. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assist the Concierge with various tasks. This position is suitable for men and does not require fluency in English or prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and accurately
- Assist with booking reservations for restaurants, transportation, and activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work well under pressure
- Basic computer skills

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
