Architecture Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Longyearbyen, Svalbard


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from planning and design to construction and completion. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and design process for various architectural projects
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it aligns with project plans
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Review project documents for accuracy and completeness before submission for approval
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills
