Administrator for English Speaking Contract Job in Sharjah, UAE
We are currently hiring an experienced Administrator for a contract job in Sharjah, UAE. This role is suitable for men and does not include accommodation. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have experience in office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greet and assist visitors
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining office supplies inventory
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
- Managing office budget and expenses
- Coordinating with other departments for smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office administration
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary: 1400$ per month
Location: Sharjah, UAE (No accommodation provided)

Nationality: Malayalees preferred
