Waiter/ Server

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Waiter/Server to join our team at a busy restaurant in El-Ain, catering to both local and international customers. As a Waiter/Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in choosing menu items
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the system
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Previous experience as a waiter or server is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with great customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
