Land Surveyor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced land surveyor to join our team in Medina on a contract basis. As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise locations of boundaries, buildings, and other features on the land.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using GPS, total stations, and other equipment
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports
- Create maps and drawings using specialized software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to plan and design projects
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey work
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and specialized software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on projects in Medina or the surrounding areas
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this contract position. This is an urgent job opportunity so we are looking for candidates who can join our team immediately.
