Job Title: Instrument Technician

The Instrument Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in industrial processes. They will be working with a team to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, etc.
- Read technical diagrams and schematics to identify potential issues
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex problems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:
- Diploma in Instrumentation Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is preferred
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks if required
