Excavator Operator

Our construction company in Wiltz is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators and a valid operator's license.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other holes according to project specifications
- Load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or attachments
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while operating the equipment
- Communicate with the site supervisor and other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of construction plans and specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
