Formworker Supervisor


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our team in Remish, Pakistan. As the Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of a team of formworkers in constructing various concrete structures such as walls, floors, and foundations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to ensure accurate construction
- Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job site
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Train new formworkers on proper techniques and procedures
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that arise
- Verify materials and equipment are available for use by the team
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Remish, Pakistan.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with part-time hours available. The work schedule will be determined based on project needs.
