Industrial Architect


An established architectural firm in Dickirch is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs and detailed plans for industrial buildings and structures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Expertise in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month, along with accommodation. Candidates must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is preferred.
