Administrator
We are hiring an Administrator to join our team in Sofia. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient operations. Your duties will include managing office supplies, maintaining accurate records and databases, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. You should also have strong communication skills and be proficient in using MS Office applications. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Familiarity with basic HR tasks is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position. This job does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship; candidates must have their own valid work visa for Bulgaria.
