Smelter Technician


We are currently seeking a skilled Smelter Technician to join our team in Split. As a Smelter Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient production of metal. This role requires individuals with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to safety regulations and standard operating procedures
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow levels of molten metal during the smelting process
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on smelting equipment
- Maintain accurate records of production data and communicate any issues or concerns to management
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in smelting or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with frequent exposure to heat, dust, and noise
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work shifts as needed

We offer competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for Indian candidates.
