We are currently recruiting for a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used to melt and refine metals. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor temperature and pressure levels
- Load raw materials into the smelting furnace
- Remove impurities from molten metal using skimming tools
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in smelting or metal refining preferred
- Physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.
