Restaurant Manager for Seasonal Restaurant in Moscow
Our seasonal restaurant in Moscow is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials based on customer feedback and market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs
- Must have legal authorization to work in Russia without sponsorship
Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 900$ per month depending on experience.
