We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Moscow, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of quality and service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and profitably by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of customer service
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Work with chefs to develop menus that are in line with current market trends and customer preferences
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Uphold health and safety standards in the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Russian language is an advantage
- Must have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
Visa sponsorship provided for non-Russian nationals
