Skilled Plasterer

We are currently seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Ufa. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and building structures in order to create smooth and even surfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Measure and cut plasterboard according to specific dimensions
- Mix and apply plaster or other materials to walls and ceilings using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco or texture coating
- Repair any damaged areas on existing plaster surfaces
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Solid understanding of different types of plaster and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce smooth, even surfaces
- Good communication skills in order to work effectively with other team members
- Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation
- Must be able to speak English fluently
