Sales Manager - Kenya



We are hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to help them reach their targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities
- Analyze sales data and use it to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive efforts towards company objectives
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network with potential clients
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity for management review

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in Kenya is preferred
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem (remote work may be considered)

Contract Type: Full-time
