Carpenter Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to oversee our team of carpenters and ensure the successful completion of construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials, as well as excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of carpenters, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Estimate materials, time, and labor costs for each project
- Train and mentor new or less experienced carpenters
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on job sites
- Monitor quality control to ensure work meets industry standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to provide updates on project progress
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in carpentry is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a carpenter
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
- Able to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Salary: 1800$ per month
