We are looking for an experienced Slinger to join our team in Eldoret. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on construction sites. You will work closely with crane operators and other construction workers to ensure that materials are properly secured, loaded, and unloaded.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and prepare slings, rigging equipment, and other materials for lifting.
- Communicate with crane operators to ensure proper placement and movement of materials.
- Attach slings to loads using appropriate knots and techniques.
- Direct crane operators by signaling with hand or radio signals.
- Monitor load movements to ensure safety and prevent damage.
- Coordinate with other construction workers to ensure proper loading and unloading of materials.
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and report any issues or concerns.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on the job site.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Slinger or similar role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of different types of slings, rigging equipment, and their proper use.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations on construction sites.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand load capacities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.
