We are seeking a professional and dedicated Temporary Concierge to join our team in Multan. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay.

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, or other activities as requested by guests
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely delivery of requested amenities or services
- Keep track of inventory for supplies such as toiletries, snacks, etc.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure the security of guests at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Friendly demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
