Plastering Specialist
Location: Gujrat, India


We are searching for a skilled Plastering Specialist to join our team in Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in plastering and possess a high level of proficiency in the trade. As a Plastering Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for plastering, applying and smoothing out plaster, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the finished product. This position requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster or paint, patching holes and cracks, and sanding rough areas
- Mix and apply plaster evenly using trowels or spray guns
- Smooth out uneven areas to create a uniform surface
- Use hand tools or machines to cut, shape and install drywall panels
- Apply corner beads to protect corners from damage
- Inspect finished product for imperfections and make necessary repairs
- Follow safety protocols and use protective gear while working on construction sites
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, or other team members to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plasterer in a commercial or residential setting
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings is an asset
- Physical strength to lift heavy materials and work standing up for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their application methods is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage)
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Valid work visa for India (free visa provided if necessary)
