Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the management team of our company in La-Condamine. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for management team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow up on action items
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Plan company events, meetings, and conferences
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Salary: $1100/month (with accommodation)
