Junior Fitter (Indian Nationals Preferred)


Remish Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Fitter to join our growing team in Remish. As a Junior Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and machinery. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the field of fitting.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble and install components of mechanical systems
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role is an asset
- Knowledge of different types of tools and their uses
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
