Job Title: Team Lead - Operations (Filipinos preferred)



We are a growing company in Wiltz, looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and leading a team of dedicated employees. We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving success.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to help improve overall performance
- Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and improve workflow
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization
- Handle any escalated issues or complaints from customers or employees

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within an operations setting
- Strong communication skills in English (Tagalog proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.
