Team Lead - Operations Management

As a Team Lead in our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our team members to ensure efficient and effective operations. This is a full-time position based in Wiltz, with a starting salary of $1400 per month. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of operations staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns from team members or clients
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operations management or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a full-time position, however, we also welcome part-time applicants who can commit to at least 30 hours per week.
