As a Teamlead in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve company goals and objectives. You will work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for non-Russian employees.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure effective performance
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals
- Monitor team progress and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Identify training needs for team members and coordinate training sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding team performance, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (Russian language skills are preferred but not required)
