Office Assistant - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are currently seeking a competent and professional Office Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a familiar environment while utilizing your English language skills.
Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the office, answering phone calls and emails, managing schedules and appointments, and organizing documents. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative position. Knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills are essential. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are also important qualities for this role.
