We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You should have a strong background in Malayalee cuisine and the ability to create innovative and authentic dishes that showcase the flavors of Kerala. The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills and be able to train and motivate a diverse team of culinary professionals. Salary: $1100 per month (tax-free)

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of Malayalee cuisine and strong cooking skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to create unique menus that showcase local flavors while meeting budget targets
- Valid visa for UAE
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
- Create menus that reflect the flavors of Kerala while meeting customer preferences and budget requirements
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Monitor food costs and adjust menu prices accordingly
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu development
