We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and landscaping, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and caring for gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces
- Planting, pruning, trimming, and watering plants
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment
- Designing and implementing new garden layouts or features
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Communicating with clients about their gardening needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants and how to care for them
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects or operating machinery
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in horticulture or landscaping
- Familiarity with sustainable gardening practices
- Bilingual abilities in English and Lithuanian
