Formworker

Our construction company in Siauliai is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up the molds and forms that are used to pour concrete on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials to create forms for pouring concrete
- Construct wooden or metal frames, braces, and other supports for formwork
- Set up and align formwork components according to blueprints and specifications
- Pour, compact, level, and smooth concrete into forms using tools such as trowels, shovels, or rakes
- Remove forms after concrete has set and clean and prepare them for reuse
- Inspect completed structures to ensure they meet specifications
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if necessary

Salary: $1800/month without accommodation
