Mason Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of masons in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction projects and be able to plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of masons to ensure high-quality work is completed on time. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members. The Mason Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring all safety regulations are followed on site. This position offers a salary of 900$ per month, accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of masons on construction sites
- Plan and schedule work assignments for the team
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
- Inspect work quality and provide feedback to masons
- Train new masons and ensure all team members are following safety regulations
- Order materials needed for projects
- Communicate effectively with other supervisors and project managers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in a construction setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in Qatar or other Gulf countries
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Prior experience working with Pakistani or Malayalee teams
