Mason Supervisor



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mason Supervisor to join our construction team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of masons and overseeing all aspects of masonry work on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons to ensure timely completion of projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and materials required for each project
- Estimate material and labor costs for projects
- Ensure that all masonry work meets quality standards and follows safety regulations
- Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of different types of brick, stone, concrete, and other building materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid Qatari driving license is preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1700$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
