We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages to our customers. This includes taking orders, grinding and brewing coffee beans, steaming milk, and creating latte art. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve coffee-based drinks according to established recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment
- Steam milk and create latte art
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Educate customers about our products and menu items
- Restock supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods
- Familiarity with latte art techniques is an asset
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Swahili is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
