We are hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Nakuru. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces using specialized industrial painting techniques. You will work on a variety of projects including commercial buildings, factories, and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix and match paint colors to customer specifications
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Monitor paint thickness and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Experience with spray guns and other industrial painting equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Must have own transportation to job sites
